The SITE is edited by TSV Europe SAS, whose registered office is at 5 Avenue Carnot – 91300 Massy – France (hereafter “TSV Europe SAS”).
TSV Europe SAS purpose is to develop, directly or indirectly, valves trade for oil and gas industries, and more generally for transportation equipment, storage and regulation of industrial fluids.

Also, the purpose of this privacy policy is to explain to you, simply and in complete transparency, what personal data processing operations concerning you are carried out by TSV Europe SAS, through the SITE, in its capacity as data controller.

Your various data may be collected by TSV Europe SAS for explicit, legitimate and determined purposes in order to ensure :
• Managing requests for the right of access, rectification and opposition, erasure, limitation, portability, right to digital death and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL;
• The development of anonymous statistics;
• Compliance with our legal obligations and the defense of our legitimate interests in the event of litigation.
ARTICLE 5 : On what legal basis do we process your data?
The processing of your data is done on the basis of your consent (manifested by your request for contact, quote…), as well as the legitimate interest of TSV Europe SAS. When necessary under the Data Protection Act (DPA), TSV Europe SAS undertakes to obtain your consent and/or to allow you to object to the use of your data for certain purposes.
ARTICLE 6 : Who are your data intended for?
Only the authorized and determined persons mentioned below may have access to your data:

ARTICLE 7 : For how long do we keep your data?
TSV Europe SAS undertakes that the data collected will be kept in a form allowing your identification for a period that does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes for which these data are collected and processed.
However, the processing of your data is possible for proof of a right or a contract. This data may also be kept for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation or kept in files in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• To respond to a contact request via the SITE contact form: the information entered directly on the online form, or that communicated subsequently within the framework of our exchanges, is kept for the time necessary to answer you.
• When you request a price / quote for services offered by TSV Europe SAS, via the online form on the WEBSITE or directly by phone or by post, your information communicated in this context is kept:
• When the quote does not lead to the conclusion of a contract: 1 year after the end of your request (or last contact).
• When the estimate leads to a contract: during the term of the contractual relationship.
• When you leave a comment under one of the publications presented on the SITE: The comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. The information collected through the dedicated form is kept for a maximum of 3 years. At the end of this period and without action on your part, your comment will be anonymized on our SITE.
Furthermore, for the purposes of meeting its legitimate interest in ensuring the protection and defense of its rights in the event of litigation, TSV Europe SAS retains certain data for five (5) years following the end of the contractual relationship.
ARTICLE 8 : How can we control your data?
In accordance with the PCA and the RGPD, you have the following rights:
• Right of access: in order to obtain the information set out in Article 15 GDPR as well as any information relating to your personal data and copies thereof;
• Right to rectification (article 16 GDPR) of your inaccurate or incomplete personal data (which you cannot update yourself);
• Right to block or erase your personal data (article 17 RGPD), when they are inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out of date, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited (in know more)
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time (article 13-2c RGPD);
• Right to limit the processing of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 18 GDPR;
• Right to object to the processing of your data under the conditions provided for in Article 21 GDPR;
• Right to data portability: right to ask us for copies of the personal data (concerning you) that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, insofar as this is technically feasible, and when these data are subject to automated processing based on your consent or on a contract (article 20 GDPR);
• Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (article 77 RGPD);
• Right to define the fate of your post-mortem data and to choose whether or not we communicate your data to a third party that you have previously designated. In the event of death and in the absence of instructions from you, we undertake to destroy your data, unless their retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.
These rights can be exercised, by simple request by e-mail to the address: marketing@tsve.eu, or by post to TSV Europe SAS - 5 Avenue Carnot - 91300 Massy - France, indicating your contact details (surname, first name, address, accompanied by a copy of a signed identity document) as well as the presentation of a legitimate reason when this is required by law (in particular in the event of opposition to processing based on legitimate interest ).
In the event of communication of a copy of an identity document to prove your identity, we will only keep it for the time necessary for verification or for compliance with a legal obligation.

ARTICLE 9 : Security
TSV Europe SAS and its possible subcontractors undertake to implement all the technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processing of personal data carried out and the confidentiality of your data, in application of the PCA, RGPD and Law No. 2018-133 of February 26, 2018 “on various provisions for adaptation to European Union law in the field of security”.
As such, TSV Europe SAS takes all useful precautions, with regard to the nature of your data and the risks presented by our processing, to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or that unauthorized third parties have access to it. ARTICLE 10 : Transfers outside the EU
The SITE is hosted in France, and TSV Europe SAS undertakes not to transfer User data outside the European Union.
In the event that he should do so, he would inform Users thereof, and take all the necessary and appropriate guarantees to ensure an adequate and sufficient level of protection in terms of data security and confidentiality, in accordance with the requirements of the PCA and GDPR.
